Finding stability and balance in tree pose, or any standing yoga pose for that matter, can be a struggle and we’ve all had to break the sequence to find balance at one point in practice. So consider this tip, as well as taking a breath and focusing your gaze, engage your lower legs by spreading your toes wide and feeling the heaviness through your feet. You're actively lengthening up through the legs and the foot that's on the ground then creates a broader foundation for the pose. @camilo.yoga #
